June Update

We have a commencement date! 23 June 2009.....

In other news, it's lashing rain all day today, last week we had the bbq out.
Meath vs. Dublin tomorrow, we're all going.

Well some of the tenders are back and the prices are ok, two more to come in. This house may actually get built at some stage this year!

So the end of January is almost here....

....still no confirmation of the Sewerage being completed, now they've extended it to take in Grange.
We're finished getting quotes so time to beat them down to a more reasonable level!
