I got confirmation from the council yesterday that the final snagging would be done to the sewerage scheme in the first two weeks of January and that they had located the leak which is near the church.
Also today, we got someone to rent our house in cork, so it's all happenening at last.
We got the final quotation today so now it's down to three contractors - I'd like to think we could start the build in February - Evan's birthday is the target date!
